Jake Burkons

Assistant to the Owner

Jake Burkons is Assistant to the Owner across CLE Local Agent, Rent Due LLC and PbFree Ohio LLC, the Beachwood, Ohio companies founded by his father, Zak Burkons. He joined the businesses in 2026.

In that role Jake supports the owner’s day-to-day workload: scheduling and correspondence, maintaining client and property records, preparing documentation for lead certification and rental registration filings, and coordinating between the three companies’ service teams.

Jake grew up in the Cleveland area and graduated from Beachwood High School in 2023, where he was a staff writer for the school newspaper, The Beachcomber. He keeps a professional site at jakeburkons.me.
