- Provide Local Agent in Charge (LAIC) services
- Receive and relay City of Cleveland notices, citations, or communications
- Communicate deadlines, requirements, and administrative updates
- Coordinate inspections, postings, and compliance-related actions
- Provide customer service and administrative support
- Maintain required records related to Local Agent services
3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number to CLE Local Agent, you consent to receive text messages related to our services, including notices, deadlines, reminders, and administrative communications.

6. Scope of Services
CLE Local Agent provides administrative and statutory Local Agent in Charge services as required by applicable City of Cleveland ordinances and written agreements.
CLE Local Agent does not provide legal advice or representation unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
- Ownership and management responsibilities remain with the property owner
- Clients are responsible for all fines, penalties, repairs, and corrective actions unless otherwise agreed in writing
- CLE Local Agent’s role is administrative and communicative, not enforcement or remediation
CLE Local Agent is not responsible for enforcement actions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLE Local Agent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or from governmental enforcement actions.
9. Changes to This Policy and Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
